Do you know a family or individual who needs a helping hand this holiday season?

Caring & Sharing holiday assistance includes food baskets at both Thanksgiving and Christmas Distributions. Vouchers will be provided at the Thanksgiving Distribution for used clothing and linens from Interfaith Ministries on Highway 98.  Through our Christmas Giving Tree Program, children who were born after 12/31/2010 are provided gifts, and children who were born between 1/1/2005 and 12/31/2010 (while still attending high school) receive gift certificates.

Registration is a must!!!!

To expedite the process, registrants are encouraged to download and bring a completed registration form.

Caring and Sharing registration will be a drive-through process. All registrants will remain in their vehicles during the process.

The 2023 dates for Registration are as follows:

October 7th from 2 pm to 4 pm

October 8th from 2 pm to 4 pm

October 9th from 5 pm to 8 pm

NOTE: This is the ONLY registration event for 2023.  Childcare is not provided during registration; please make other arrangements for your children.
You must live in South Santa Rosa County, FL. Our boundaries are from the Okaloosa County line, north to the Yellow River, and west to include Gulf Breeze. You must bring the following items:

Proof of identity – Driver’s license, photo ID, or passport (showing name and birthdate) for registrant and other adults in family is required. For other dependents, a birth certificate, custody papers, or other legal document showing name and birthdate is necessary. We do not accept Social Security Cards as proof of identity.

Proof of residence – Rental lease, mortgage bill, letter from landlord, or a recent utility bill with current address is acceptable.

Proof of all household income – All forms of income should be substantiated using pay stubs and receipts for social security, pension, TANF, child support, alimony, letter from employer, etc. Current Eligibility Letter for Food Stamps should be provided if applicable.

For parents of children born after 12/31/2010, please take note of this suggestion:

Although we cannot guarantee getting any particular requested item, please be as specific as possible when defining the wish list. Clothing sizes, game brands, musical artists and titles for a CD/DVD, etc., will greatly benefit a donor who is shopping for your child. The more specific you are, the more likely your child is to receive what he or she may want or need. For example, “video games” is very vague; however, “The Sims Pet Stories for PC” would allow a shopper to attempt to purchase what is desired.
